What is the process?
We look for the property make offer with the criteria for profit with FHA loan of 3% down and the amount of money for renovations from investor. We perform the work with a projection of 90 days from purchase to sale. 30 days to close, 2 weeks to perform renovations and 2 weeks to find a purchaser. 30 days to close with buyer. The only delay in the process is if it takes longer to find a purchaser after renovations.
