Do you use subcontractors?

Majority of our jobs we perform without subcontractors only if it requires large A/C or Plumbing work, then we use licensed HVAC or Master Plumbers. We write the checks on the spot with the home owner to all subcontractors for peace of mind for the homeowner.

Do you use warranty or guarantee on your work?

We will come back to guarantee our own work. We cannot guarantee any work of the subcontractors since they are the ones performing portions of that work. Most of our jobs are without subcontractors with our guarantee.

Who handles cleanup?

Most of our jobs are small and do not require hauling. In the event it is a large job, then subcontractors will haul away or a dumpster will be included in the quote for a roll off and pick up.

Yes, we do small drywall repairs like door knob holes, holes in the wall or scratched up drywall.
